General Information

Go Find provides self-guided outdoor adventure games designed to help you explore and enjoy local areas in a fun and flexible way.
By making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Policies.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made online through our website or approved booking partners.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your game access.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your game instructions and access code.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable).

Cancellations & Refunds

Because Go Find experiences are delivered digitally and can be played at any time, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered by exception only in circumstances such as:

• A confirmed technical error on our platform that prevents gameplay, or
• A duplicate purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or inability to complete the game due to personal circumstances (e.g. travel delays, weather, device issues).

Weather and Safety

As this is a self-guided experience, you are responsible for deciding whether conditions are suitable for play.

All participants are responsible for their own personal safety and belongings during the activity.

Use of Mobile Applications & Technology

Our experiences are delivered through third-party mobile applications and may require an active internet connection and GPS functionality.

Participants are responsible for:

• Downloading the required app before starting their experience,
• Ensuring their device is fully charged and in working order,
• Having sufficient mobile data or Wi-Fi access to complete the activity, and
• Covering any costs associated with mobile data or connectivity.

Go Find is not responsible for device compatibility issues, connectivity problems, or additional costs incurred while using the app.

We recommend checking data coverage in the area before starting your game to ensure the best possible experience.

Liability

By participating, you acknowledge that outdoor activities may carry inherent risks.

Go Find is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising during the game.

Participants are responsible for following local laws and acting respectfully in public spaces.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to process your purchase and deliver your game experience.

Your personal data will never be shared or sold to third parties, except as required to process your booking (e.g. payment providers).

You may request the removal of your personal information at any time by contacting us

Third-Party purchases

If you purchase through an external platform (e.g. Tripadvisor, Viator), their terms and conditions may also apply.

Any disputes or refund requests must comply with both Go Find’s and the platform’s policies.
